The Temple has a number of festivals. The important ones are :

Kuriannoor Padayani

Sree Edanattukavu Devi Temple at Kuriannoor annually celebrates the Padayani festival in the Malayalam month of Meenam. The first ritual held as part of the festival is the Adavi Pooja. It is followed by the ritual of Nirathi thullal on the second day. The kolam performance of Bhairavi, Kaalan, Marutha, Yakshi, and Pakshi are held on the second day. And on the final day, kolams like Ninabhairavi, Karimaruthakoottam, Kaalan, Araki Yakshi, Bhairavi, Sundara Yakshi, and Pakshi come on the stage.

Bhagavata Navaha Yanjyam

Chanting the entire Srimad Devi Bhagavatham is in 9 continuous days is called Sampoorna (complete) Srimad Devi Bhagavatham Navaham paraynam(recital). Each day in these 9 days, certian number of adyaayams from each skandam are recited and all 12 skandams with 335 adyaayams with 18000 slokas are recited in 9 days.
